NEW DELHI: Cochin Shipyard(Rs. 234.73 crore), Shankara Bldg Prod(Rs. 214.33 crore), Reliance Power(Rs. 163.01 crore), Suzlon Energy(Rs. 132.70 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 127.55 crore), MCX India(Rs. 125.05 crore), GRSE(Rs. 122.05 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 114.33 crore), Au Small Fin Bank(Rs. 86.76 crore) and Phoenix Mills(Rs. 83.94 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 100.16 points up at 25103.2, while BSE Sensex rose 256.22 points to 82445.21.
In the Nifty index, Jio Financial Services Ltd.(up 3.49 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 3.13 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 2.52 per cent), Trent Ltd.(up 2.37 per cent) and Axis Bank Ltd.(up 2.12 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Eternal Ltd.(down 1.92 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(down 1.71 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(down 0.74 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 0.62 per cent) and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 0.32 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
