Infosys to announce Q1 FY26 results on July 23


Infosys, India’s second-largest IT services firm, will announce its financial results for the first quarter of FY26 on July 23, 2025.

In an exchange filing, the company said its Board of Directors will meet on July 22 and 23 to approve the audited consolidated financial results for the April–June quarter.

Infosys will also host an investor and analyst call on July 23 to discuss the Q1 performance and provide an update on business outlook. Details of the call will be made available on the company’s website.

Q4 FY25 Recap

In Q4 FY25, Infosys reported a 12% YoY drop in net profit to Rs 7,033 crore, while revenue rose 8% YoY to Rs 40,925 crore. However, revenue declined 3.5% QoQ in constant currency terms.

The company’s operating margin stood at 21%, up 90 basis points YoY but down 30 basis points sequentially.

FY26 Guidance

Infosys has guided for 0%–3% revenue growth in constant currency terms and expects an operating margin of 20%–22% for FY26.

Infosys share price performance and outlook

According to Trendlyne, the average target price for Infosys is Rs 1,642, suggesting a potential upside of about 3% from current levels. Among 43 analysts tracking the stock, the majority have a ‘Buy’ rating.
Technically, the stock’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 57.5, indicating neutral momentum. The MACD is at 11.2, positioned above both the center and signal lines — a bullish signal.

Infosys shares closed 0.36% lower at Rs 1,601 on the BSE in the previous session, in line with broader market weakness as the Sensex fell 0.7%. The stock is down 15% year-to-date and has dropped 20% over the past six months.
