Raymond Ltd.(up 0.66 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 0.46 per cent), Anant Raj Ltd.(up 0.42 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.11 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Oberoi Realty Ltd.(down 1.68 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 1.46 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.99 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 0.93 per cent) and Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.93 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.72 per cent at 1002.3 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 12.3 points at 25536.7, while the BSE Sensex was down 14.83 points at 83741.04.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 29 were trading in the green, while 21 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, RattanIndia Power, RattanIndia Infra, YES Bank and JP Power were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Niraj Ispat Ind., Indosolar Ltd, Sumeet Ind, Shree Global and Affle(India)hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Osia Hyper Retail, Sadhana Nitro, Digitide Solutions Ltd., Chembond Chem and Twentyfirst Cent hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
