active stocks: Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value



NEW DELHI: Cochin Shipyard(Rs. 2792.43 crore), Indegene(Rs. 2412.17 crore), Ircon Intl.(Rs. 2189.13 crore), GRSE(Rs. 2014.34 crore), Aditya Birla Retail(Rs. 1931.98 crore), BSE(Rs. 1882.39 crore), Swiggy Ltd.(Rs. 1862.85 crore), RVNL(Rs. 1750.61 crore), Eternal(Rs. 1717.16 crore) and Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 1656.32 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Wednesday’s session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 77.71 points up at 24620.2, while BSE Sensex rose 260.74 points to 80998.25.

In the Nifty index, Eternal Ltd.(up 3.36 per cent), Jio Financial Services Ltd.(up 2.28 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 1.86 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 1.69 per cent) and Reliance Industries Ltd.(up 1.29 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 1.80 per cent), Trent Ltd.(down 1.50 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(down 1.09 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 0.89 per cent) and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 0.72 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
