In May, several mutual funds strategically adjusted their portfolios by completely exiting certain smallcap stocks. HDFC Mutual Fund divested from Mahindra Holiday and BSE, while SBI Mutual Fund sold its stake in Coromandel International. Nippon India, Quant, and ICICI Prudential Mutual Funds also executed complete exits from a selection of stocks, reflecting active portfolio management.
