Stocks Surged: Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Yash Pakka(14.75%), Howard Hotels(13.99%), Jai Balaji Inds(13.48%), Ind Swift Ltd(12.09%), Onward Tech(12.05%), Adinath Text(11.82%), Omnitex Ind(11.69%), Astec Lifesc(10.84%), Citadel Realty(10.58%) and Lakshmi Auto(10.43%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 1000.36 points up at 83755.87, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 304.25 points up at 25549.0.

In the Nifty 50 index, 42 stocks ended in the green, while 8 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Lloyds Steels(PP), Mardia Samyoung, Cube Highways Trust, Lumax Auto Tech and Nuvama Wealth Mgmt hit their fresh 52-week high, while Tejnaksh Healthcare, Vaksons Automobiles, Hipolin Ltd, Salguti Industries and Archana Software touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
