Stocks Surged: Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Friday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Alpine Housing(13.75%), Compucom Software(12.58%), Waaree Energies(11.64%), Premier Synth(11.28%), Indian Card Clothing(11.13%), Linc Pen & Plastics(10.37%), Quality Power Electr(10.18%) and Kakatiya Cement(10.03%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 1046.3 points up at 82408.17, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 319.16 points up at 25112.4.

In the Nifty 50 index, 46 stocks ended in the green, while 4 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Quality Power Electr, Rainbow Found, Prostarm Info System, A-1 Acid and Gallantt Metal hit their fresh 52-week high, while Shristi Infra, Lasa Supergenerics, Nutricircle, Krishna Vent and Sadhana Nitro touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
