Lexus Granito(India)Ltd.(down 1.53%), Coal India Ltd.(down 1.32%), The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd.(down 0.93%), Pokarna Ltd.(down 0.48%), Ashapura Minechem Ltd.(down 0.25%), NMDC Ltd.(down 0.23%) and Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.(down 0.19%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 215.55 points down at 24597.9, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 710.32 points at 80886.31 at around 10:09AM.
