Icon Facilitators plans to raise Rs 19.11 crore from the IPO, comprising a fresh issue of 21 lakh equity shares. It will be listed on the BSE SME platform, it said in a statement.
The company intends to utilise Rs 16 crore of the total IPO proceeds towards working capital requirements and the remaining for general corporate purposes, according to the red herring prospectus (RHP).
Icon Facilitators primarily provides technical facilities management services, such as electrical services, captive power services, and water treatment, building management services, fire & safety equipment, and elevators, escalators operations & maintenance, among others.
The company has more than 2,000 employees as of March 31, 2025, many of them with significant technical backgrounds and domain expertise in each of the industry verticals. On the financial front, Icon Facilitators’ revenue from operations stood at Rs 58.06 crore and posted a profit after tax of Rs 4.47 crore in the financial year 2025, compared with Rs 49.84 crore and a PAT of Rs 1.76 crore in FY24.
Khambatta Securities is the sole book-running lead manager to the issue and Maashitla Securities is the registrar to the issue.
