NEW DELHI: ARC Finance(numbers of share traded: 6.57 crore), Earum Pharmaceutical(numbers of share traded: 6.20 crore), Standard Cap(numbers of share traded: 5.99 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 4.42 crore), Pradhin Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 3.33 crore), Karda Const(numbers of share traded: 2.69 crore), Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 2.65 crore), Thinkink Picturez(numbers of share traded: 2.50 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 1.93 crore) and YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 1.56 crore) emerged top gainers in Thursday’s market in terms of trading volume.
The NSE Nifty index closed 130.71 points up at 24750.9, while BSE Sensex ended up 443.79 points at 81442.04.
On the other hand, IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 1.37 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.12 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 1.03 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 0.62 per cent) and Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 0.59 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
