Office of the Chief Engineer, National Highway Zone

As per the provisions of letter K. F 8-2/2013/A. P/Ek dated 04.01.2024 of General Administration Department, Ministry of M.P. Government,
Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal, under the special campaign, the recruitment of Assistant Grade-3 for the disabled is to be done through walk-in interview.
The application form should be sent in the marked format given below, keeping the prescribed qualification and eligibility for this post,
from the date of issue of advertisement to 28.02.2025 during office hours 5:30 pm (except holidays) in the name of the office of Chief Engineer
(National Highways) Zone Public Works Department 2nd Floor (Plot No. 27-28 Arera Hills Bhopal Pin Code 462027.
Letters received after the prescribed time will not be considered. The department will not be responsible for postal delay

Qualification

Certificate of passing (10+2) examination from M.P. Board.

-One year computer diploma/certificate from the following institutions has been made compulsory. Diploma from any University recognized by UGC.

– Diploma from any open university recognized by UGC.

– Diploma level exam from D.O.E.A.C.C. – Modern Office Management Course from Government Polytechnic College

– One year Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) certificate from Government ITI.

As per General Administration Department circular No. C3-15/2014/1/3/, dated 26.04.2015, it is mandatory to have CPCT Score Card with minimum 50% marks.

General Administration Department Circular No. C-3-07/2015/1/3, dated 18.08.2015Apart from Computer Diploma from recognized institutions, following qualifications will also be valid

B.E. (CSE/IT) / M.C.A./B.C.A./M.Sc. (IT/CS) B.Sc. (IT/CS) M.Tech/M.E. etc.

B.Sc./B.Com./Degrees which include teaching of only one subject of Computer will not be valid.

Rs. 19.500. To Rs. 62.000 As par Rules.

Minimum Age – 18 Years.

Maximum Age – 45 Years.
