ICICI Securities has an Add call on Akzo Nobel India with a target price of Rs 3,550. The current market price of Akzo Nobel India Ltd. is Rs 3225.35. Akzo Nobel India, incorporated in 1954, is a Mid Cap company, with a market cap of Rs 14743.45 crore, operating in Building Materials sector.

Akzo Nobel India’s key products/revenue segments include Paint, Varnishes & Enamels, Sale of services, Other Operating Revenue, Lease Rentals, Scrap and Duty Drawback for the year ending 31-Mar-2024.

Company has Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its auditors. As on 31-03-2025, the company has a total of 5 crore shares outstanding.

Promoter/FII Holdings
Promoters held 74.76 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2025, while FIIs owned 3.67 per cent, DIIs 8.45 per cent.
