NEW DELHI: IndusInd Bank(Rs. 2352.94 crore), BSE(Rs. 1758.86 crore), GRSE(Rs. 1345.54 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 997.07 crore), Cochin Shipyard(Rs. 877.73 crore), BEL(Rs. 831.77 crore), Tata Teleservices(Rs. 722.60 crore), NTPC Green Energy Ltd.(Rs. 720.58 crore), Dixon Tech(Rs. 708.75 crore) and InterGlobe(Rs. 707.99 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:21AM in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 214.75 points down at 24598.7, while BSE Sensex was down 711.36 points at 80885.27 as of 11:21AM(IST)on May 22.
In the Nifty index, Tata Steel Ltd.(up 0.91 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 0.62 per cent), Jio Financial Services Ltd.(up 0.42 per cent), Bharat Electronics Ltd.(up -0.03 per cent) and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(up -0.06 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(down 2.27 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 2.16 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 1.91 per cent), ITC Ltd.(down 1.85 per cent) and Trent Ltd.(down 1.72 per cent) were among the top losers.
